The link below leads to the machine-readable files (MRFs) that are made available by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas to comply with the federal Transparency in Coverage Rule.  The machine-readable files include the negotiated service rates and out-of-network allowed amounts between the Medical Plan and many healthcare providers. The machine-readable files are designed to allow researchers, regulators, and application developers to access and analyze data more easily.

Notice to Recruiters and Staffing Agencies

W&T Offshore Inc. (“W&T”) uses internal resources for recruiting. W&T may supplement that internal capability from time to time with assistance from staffing agencies, professional recruiters, and the like (“Agency”). Agencies are hereby specifically directed NOT to contact W&T employees directly in an attempt to present candidates – W&T’s HR function must present ALL candidates to hiring managers.

To protect the interests of all parties, W&T will not accept unsolicited resumes from any source other than directly from a candidate. Any unsolicited resumes sent to W&T, including unsolicited resumes sent directly to W&T employees, or to W&T’s resume database will be considered W&T property. W&T will NOT pay a fee for any placement resulting from the receipt of an unsolicited resume. W&T will consider any candidate for whom an Agency has submitted an unsolicited resume to have been referred by the Agency free of any charges or fees.

Agency must obtain advance written approval from W&T’s HR function to submit resumes, and then only in conjunction with a valid fully executed contract for service and in response to a specific job opening. W&T will not pay a fee to any Agency that does not have such agreement in place.

Agency agreements will only be valid if in writing and signed by an officer of W&T Offshore Inc. No other W&T employee is authorized to bind W&T to any agreement regarding the placement of candidates by Agencies. W&T hereby specifically rejects, and denies any liability under, any agreement purporting to be accepted based on negative consent, negotiation with a candidate, performance, or any means other than the signature of a W&T officer.
