11. Dividends During the three months ended March 31, 2012 and 2011, we paid regular cash dividends of $0.08 and $0.04 per common share, respectively. On May 8, 2012, our board of directors declared a cash dividend of $0.08 per common share, payable on June 4, 2012 to shareholders of record on May 24, 2012. |
