Christopher C. Barron
Vice President, Information Technology

Christopher C. Barron joined W&T in July 2014 as Vice President of Information Technology. Mr. Barron has 22 years of information technology experience. Most recently, he served from 2012-2014 as the Vice President and Global Chief Information Officer for Valerus Field Solutions, LP; prior to that he held the role of Senior Vice President, Business Operations and Chief Information Officer with Spark Energy Ventures and from 2010-2012 was the Principal CIO advisor for the Panama-based international consulting firm LPLLC, Inc. From 2004-2010, Mr. Barron was the first CIO in the history CPS Energy’s 110 year old business. Mr. Barron holds a B.S. in Metallurgical/Chemical Engineering from University of Idaho, an MBA from the University of Phoenix and an M.S. in Management & Systems from New York University.



David M. Bump
Vice President, Drilling and Completions

David M. Bump joined the company in April 2014 as Vice President, Drilling and Completions. Mr. Bump brings with him 25 years of domestic and international industry experience with both small and large independent operators. From 2011 to 2014, he worked for Anadarko Petroleum Corporation as the Drilling and Completions Manager overseeing the Mozambique operations. From 2006 through 2011, Mr. Bump served as Anadarko’s Gulf of Mexico and International Deepwater Completions Manager. From 1997 until 2006, Mr. Bump held a variety of positions with Kerr-McGee Oil and Gas prior to the merger with Anadarko Petroleum Corporation. These positions included Gulf of Mexico/International Deepwater Completions Manager, Drilling Engineering Manager of China Operations, and Deepwater Drilling Engineer. Prior to 1997, he held various engineering positions at several small independent operators. Mr. Bump received Bachelor of Science Degree in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University in 1989.



Steven M. Freeman
Vice President, Land & Business Development

Steven M. Freeman joined W&T in April 2009 and was promoted to Vice President, Land & Business Development in September 2011. Mr. Freeman has 35 years of domestic and international petroleum land management, business development and negotiating experience. Prior to joining W&T, Mr. Freeman held executive positions with Halliburton Energy Services, Buttonwood Petroleum and MAPCO Oil and Gas. He earned a BBA in Management from the University of Oklahoma. He is a member of the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators and the American Association of Professional Landmen.



Antoine Gautreaux
Vice President, Production Operations

Antoine Gautreaux joined W&T in 2007 and was appointed Vice President, Production Operations in December 2013. Mr. Gautreaux has over 39 years of Oil & Gas operational experience including 21 years with Placid Oil Company, 3 years with Deeptech International/Leviathan Gas Pipeline in the Gulf of Mexico and 10 years with Prime Natural Resources, Inc., including both domestic operations in the USA and internationally in Colombia and Iraq. Mr. Gautreaux has a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering Technology from Nicholls State University.



Todd E. Grabois
Vice President and Treasurer

Todd E. Grabois joined W&T as Vice President and Treasurer in July, 2006. Mr. Grabois was most recently Chief Financial Officer for Texas Independent Exploration LTD from 2001 to 2006. Prior to joining Texas Independent, he was with Benz Energy, Inc. and Texstar Petroleum for 17 years serving in various positions, including Treasurer and Secretary. Mr. Grabois has a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Delaware.



W. Allen Tate
Vice President, Marketing & Midstream

W. Allen Tate joined W&T as Vice President, Marketing & Midstream in August 2006. Mr. Tate has over 30 years of industry experience and was most recently Director of Producer Services for Noble Energy Marketing, Inc. Prior to joining Noble, he was a Business Development Director for Southern Union, Director of Business Development and Supply for CMS Field Services, and Director of Marketing for CMS Energy. Prior to that, Mr. Tate held various management positions in Marketing, Marketing Operations, Business Development & Supply and Gas Measurement with Duke Energy, PanEnergy, Panhandle Eastern Corporation and Hytech Energy. Mr. Tate has a BBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin.



Tray S. Taylor
Vice President, HSE&R

Tray S. Taylor joined W&T in December 2013 as Vice President of Health, Safety, Environmental & Regulatory. From 2010 to late 2013, Mr. Taylor worked for Southwestern Energy Company as Director HSE Resource Systems. During 2012 and 2013, Mr. Taylor served as Chairman of the EHS Committee of the American Exploration & Production Council (AXPC), an upstream trade industry group. From 2006 to 2010, Mr. Taylor worked at High Mount Exploration & Production Company and Dominion Exploration & Production Company as Director Environmental Health & Safety. He served as a Senior Consultant to the oil and gas industry from 2002 to 2006. Prior to 2002, Mr. Taylor worked in various managerial, business development, and technical positions for Transco Energy Ventures, Sedco Forex, and Rowan Drilling Company. Mr. Taylor earned a B.S. in Mining Engineering from Texas A&M University and a M.S. in Environmental Engineering from the University of Alabama. Mr. Taylor is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Texas.



Clifford J. Williams
Vice President and General Manager Offshore

Clifford J. Williams currently serves as our Vice President and General Manager Offshore, responsible for Business Unit Delivery and Management of our Offshore Assets. Previously, Mr. Williams served as Vice President of Reservoir Engineering and Development Geology from 2011 until July 2012. He joined W&T as Staff Reservoir Engineer in 1998, becoming Chief Reservoir Engineer in 2002, Reservoir Engineering Manager in 2003 and Vice President of Reservoir Engineering in 2005. Prior to joining our Company, Mr. Williams served as a Reservoir and Facilities Engineer with Exxon and later as a Reservoir Engineer with Collarini Engineering, Inc. Mr. Williams received a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida in 1977 and an M.S. in Environmental Engineering from Tulane University in 1995.
